Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3.4 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

4.2 Shipping Areas

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with their orders.

4.3 Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened skincare products (including EltaMD® SPF, Face Reality™ Skincare, and REVISION Skincare®)
• Used makeup products
• Opened product kits
• Opened or used personal care items from Corps and Mains collections

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Submit the Return & Exchange Request Form to [email protected] within 15 days
2. Wait for authorization and Return Authorization Number
3. Ship items with the authorization number clearly marked
4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
